SMS notifications

Arcadis Digital Twins may send you SMS text messages when an alert you configured in a flow is triggered. We only send messages to a phone number you have provided and only if you have opted in. Message frequency varies — messages are sent on an occasional basis in response to events you have configured. There is no recurring marketing message programme.

We do not share or sell your mobile information

Your mobile opt-in information — your phone number and your consent — is not shared with, or sold to, any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. It is used solely to deliver the alerts you have configured.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Depending on your mobile plan, your carrier may charge you for the text messages you receive or send. You are responsible for any such charges.

Opting out of SMS

Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You can also change or withdraw your consent at any time in the SMS notification settings in the Arcadis Digital Twins platform. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to improve your browsing experience, analyse website traffic, and understand usage patterns. You can manage your cookie preferences through the cookie consent banner displayed when you first visit the site. Necessary cookies are required for the platform to function; statistics and marketing cookies are optional.
